For New Learners

Present your admission requirements for evaluation. Submit filled-out application form and other requirements for encoding.

For Continuing Learners

Enrollment Requirements
New Students / Transferees
- Admission Exam Result (Entrance Exam)
- PSA Original Copy
- School Form 9 (Report Card)
- School Form 10 (Form 137)
- Long Brown Envelope
- Certificate of Completion for Grades 1, 6 & 10
- ESC Certificate (for Grade 10 enrollees from private high schools only)
For Old Students
- School Form 9 (report card) only
Entrance Exam
Morning Schedule: 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Afternoon Schedule: 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM
Make sure to bring your ID for identification and adhere to the school's dress code.
The exam process starts at the Guidance and Testing Center where the examinees fill out the entrance examination form. Then, visit the cashier to pay the examination fee of ₱150. After, proceed to the designated testing room for examination.
